Trailer Purchasing Process
If you are purchasing an in-stock trailer, we will hold the trailer up to 5 days with no deposit. A $300 deposit is required for anything over 5 days.
If you are having a trailer built to your specs, a $300 deposit is required on trailers up to $6,000. Units above $6,000 is 10% of total sales price. Once the trailer is ordered a VIN# will be issued and your deposit will be applied to that VIN#. A VIN normally takes 1-3 working days to get issued. Your sales associate will call you with that number. If you have not received a VIN after 3 days, please give us a call. Also, we do not wait on a deposit to start your trailer. Once VIN is issued, the build process begins. You will be given a time frame on your trailer completion. Please understand this is ONLY an estimate given to us by the manufacturer. Once your trailer is ready, you will be notified. At this point you may come pick up your trailer, or if a prior arrangement was made for us to deliver it, we will do so.

If an issue with a check or chargeback is discovered, please be advised the trailer will be reported to the authoritities as stolen. It is your responsibility to inspect the trailer at time of pick-up or have photos sent for your approval before delivery. The manufacturer is responsible for any and all pick-up and warranty issues.
